Grimaldi's nails the classic thin crust NY style cold oven pizza with fresh ingredients and flavorful toppings like pepperoni with Mike's hot honey-seriously delicious every time. The service is consistently friendly and spot-on, with Heather, Jaime, Jennifer, and the rest of the team always making the experience enjoyable, whether dining in or grabbing takeout. The vibe is chill with that old-school Brooklyn feel, and their menu pairs perfectly with wine, making it an easy choice for a laid-back pizza night.
