I still remember your angel hair with spaghetti sauce. I can still taste it! I have never found anything similar and probably never will. We did take out at least once a week for several years. I wish I had your recipe! Miss you

So sad to discover that one of the best, family owned italian pizzarias in Lexington has met their demise by way of the economic monster gorging itself on so many truly wonderful independents that have sliced their way into the tummies and ultimately the hearts of lexington loyalists always seeking out that perfectly topped and cheese smothered ideal of true New York style bliss. Always will I remember talking my greatful stomach into a third and fourth slice of all-u-can eat pies delivered table side by it's beautiful and brilliant owner we (the regulars), all knew as Val. We will miss you dear pizza and hope that luck will bring sontinos back to Lexington for another chance for the perfect lunch!
