I make it to Lincoln about once a month, and we usually grab dinner before heading home. We finally decided to check out Tico's after hearing about it for years, and it definitely delivered with tasty food and friendly service. The atmosphere was nice, and I can't stop thinking about that amazing fried ice cream we had for dessert!
