I decided to share my experience after dining at a restaurant where I ordered a burger and fries. The burger was hot and juicy, and the fries were crispy, while the service was excellent, with a friendly waitress named Latrecia. Having eaten here for years, I've never encountered issues with either the food or service, and I always enjoy the atmosphere, especially around the fire pit at night.

Absolutely the rudest staff I have ever dealt with...travel all over and have always enjoyed boston pizza...most experiences are a 4 or 5 but this one is the exception...arrived to b told we would b seated in 2 minutes..20 minutes later we offered to help clean off the 12 tables that were heaping with dirty dishes and was yelled at by waitress cant I see she was working on it...went back to waiting for 5 minutes and approached front greeting desk and gentleman there was quite verbal with big words I dont feel should be used but stated he was under staffed and that I should just leave....so along with 3 other couples we left...if you have other options to eat u may want to take them as by far the worst service ever...as a business owner myself if my staff treated customers like this they would b shown the door as they sure aren't attracting customers...this happened on may 19th at 8pm...if owner was smart staff should move on as staff like that will kill a business
