My favorite Chinese takeout spot has been consistent in their food quality and portion sizes, but I've noticed a change in their egg rolls since they switched staff a few months ago. The recent experience of grease shooting out from the egg roll suggests a possible issue with the sealing process or oil temperature. Despite this, the other menu items such as the chicken chow mein and vegetable egg foo young have always been fresh and delicious, making it a must-try for those in the area.
