i grew up in sayville, travelled the US and many countries. never found better dim sum than here at hoi ming. indrive 2 hoursnto stock up!!

I agree with the other reviewer that Hoi Ming definitely has the best egg roll anywhere. This restaurant is the old style Cantonese Chinese restaurant that seems to have gone out of style. Their food is delicious.

When I was a young girl in the 80's...I lived on Colony Dr. In West Sayville. I used to ride my bike just around the corner and spend my allowance on a Hoi Ming egg roll!! To this day...there has NEVER BEEN any asian restaurant in any state I have visited that comes even close. When I bite into an egg roll I anticipate the pink innards of sweet pork that is jam packed into each egg roll...I am always disappointed because ONLY HOI MING has these super delicious high standard of egg rolls!...I just wish they'd deliver to Texas!!!
