Bad service, old food. It's never the way I order it, and always re-heated food from the day before or cold. The managers and staff don't care, and apparently neither does the owner. Let's see if they do when they lose business from rude staff and food that would scare the board of health. Sorry West Islip McDonald's but I just cannot return and waste my money anymore. I will have to travel to Deer Park or Lindenhurst to get descent food and service.
