Paradise Island has shifted its focus more towards Vietnamese cuisine rather than Chinese dishes, although they do have a Chinese menu available upon request. The flavors of the food may not be traditional, but I can attest to the deliciousness of the pho and spicy beef and green papaya salad. Despite the attentive service in the dining room, be sure to double-check your takeout order as we did receive a missing dish. The packaging for takeout could be improved, as some items wilted before reaching home, and the absence of hot pepper sauce was noted. While the decor is simple and functional, it is a step above the typical Chinese takeout establishment.
