I enjoy playing Break The Plates (IYKYK) at Dave and Busters in Westbury. I frequent the establishment on Wednesdays for this specific game and find it to be a fun experience with good food options.

On May 28, 2023, I visited them with my son and we received the worst treatment of my life in the restaurant, specifically in the bar area at approximately 3:00 pm. This lady named Didi, was extremely HOSTILE and all because I sat in an area that was not indicated. My english is very weak and i just understood that i should sit there. Thanks to the manager on duty Mr. Owen, he listened to me, sat me down and we were served very professionally. Owen the best!! Didi, we are waiting for you in Puerto Rico with arms wide open. Owen the greatest of successes. Every company needs managers like you. George Robles. Puerto Rico.
