Found a cute breakfast joint near Beverly by The Grove that's known for their creative waffles. Tried the sausage egg Gouda waffle - messy but delicious, recommend using utensils. The mocha latte was pretty good too. Indoor and outdoor seating available, definitely worth a visit!
