Our restaurant recently had an unexpected fundraiser, causing a last-minute demand for kids' buns that we failed to communicate to our delivery driver. Despite our oversight, Puritan Bakery went above and beyond to promptly send out a driver with the needed products, demonstrating exceptional customer service. As someone who has overseen various dining establishments, I've always valued Puritan's top-quality products and outstanding service, making them a reliable partner for many popular dining spots across Southern California.
