Jinky's cafe was established in 1992 in Sherman Oaks, California and now operates 2 locations: Sherman Oaks, Santa Monica and West Hollywood. Amongst locals its a well known breakfast or brunch spot with an interesting menu and possible celebrity sightings. The menu is a delightful fusion of American, Southwestern, and International flavors. Jinky's is not just bacon and eggs, the gourmet cuisine is always taken beyond expectations by its quality of food and generous portions. Jinky's warm and comfortable ambiance is brought to life by its decor of funny animation cells. All three locations have patio seating and a full coffee bar. Be prepared to wait a few minutes for a table, but that's part of the experience.

There's always a long wait on the weekends, but if you're in the mood for pancakes or french toast, it's the best on the area. It's a little pricey for breakfast, but the portions are huge and will leave you stuffed for hours. And be on the look out for celeb sightings. I've seen Adam Sandler, Brooke Burke and best of all, New Kids of the Block's Jordan Knight!
