Great Khan's Mongolian Festival offers four different types of meat (beef, pork, chicken, and lamb), thirty different assortments of fresh vegetables, and noodles prepared in the traditional style with our patented herb secret sauces. Then the ingredients that the consumer has choosen will be prepared on a patron Tappan Grill that is designed to cook at very high temperature to lock in the flavors and juice using little or no oil. All this is done in the open view of the patrons.

I absolutely love the Mongolian BBQ at Northridge mall's food court. The fresh and spicy vegetable noodles have been my go-to for nearly two decades, they are simply outstanding!
