Sandwiches are good, but some of the staff that take your order and make your sandwiches are curt and rude. They are impatient, I forgot to say 'the works 'with my sandwich order and the counter person seemed agitated and walked away. What happened to assisting customers with their order? I could understand if it was during the busy lunch time but it was 6:30pm in the evening. It appears the staff are resentful and it shows in the way tthey speak down to customers.

It seems that no one has ever been in Italy, even the owner. The vine department is ok but the deli does not answermeet Italian standarts at all.Everything is made with COSTCO ingredients. Not organic deli with bad taste. Stay away from deli at all times !!!

Bay Cities has the best subs every...hands down. Been going there for 30 years. REALLY crowded on the weekends and lunch time, but worth the wait.
