The food at Charlie's always impresses me with its freshness and reasonable prices. Every time I go for a Togo picnic, they package everything perfectly. The portions are huge and the fish isn't overly salty, which keeps me coming back for more. The batter they use is truly amazing, making it the only fried fish place in LA I frequent.
