Avocado Grill is a casual place to stop by for a light meal. The food is very basic, nothing to phone home about, but I enjoyed the avocado salad quite a bit (very fresh & lightly dressed) and chicken nachos were fine. If you want no-frills semi-Mexican food, this is a good choice.

This is the only Mexican restaurant on Larchmont Blvd. The food is bland for Mexican food standards. Simply uninspiring. The owner's name is certainly not mexican: HASSAN BARADARAN AZIMI. At any rate I don't recommend this place. We tried it for both lunch and breakfast; in both instances we regretted it. For more authentic mexican food and and a better value I recommend Cactus on Vine above Melrose, Tere's on Melrose a few blocks west of Vine, or Romero's on Western and 5th.
