Been going there for over 20 years--still the best French restaurant around; much better than the pseudo-French on Ventura Boulevard--that charge for the location and are about as French as Blarney Castle! The atmosphere is good, the food is good, what else can I say??? If possible, have John as your waiter; one of the best!

Very expensive and very nice atmosphere, but the food and service. . .well, it was just OK. The food was a bit on the oily side and with way too much garlic (reheating it later was impossible-smell was overpowering) and the waitstaff took a LONG time to wait on us and take our order, although things sped up a bit as the meal progressed. We will probably not come back here-nice place to be in but not worth the money or time.
