Tucked away in the neighborhood, Birrieria Jalisco has a charm that feels both familiar and inviting. After a decade away, I indulged in a bowl of birria de chivo and tacos, instantly transported back to the flavors I cherished. The friendly atmosphere and exceptional service, combined with their house-made salsa, made my return feel like a warm embrace, and I can't wait to savor more of their authentic offerings soon.
