I've been a loyal customer of Mr. Bezian for three decades and his Sourdough bread is truly the best I've ever tasted. Despite being diagnosed with celiac disease ten years ago, I found that his method of fermentation allows me to enjoy his bread without any discomfort. The dense and flavorful loaves, especially the Olive and Dark Rye varieties, are simply unmatched in Los Angeles. If you're in Santa Monica on a Wednesday, don't miss out on the opportunity to try Bezian's Bakery truck for a taste of the most amazing sourdough bread around!
