• Deep fried cruller dough is made in small batches in house every day. The dough requires extensive physical manipulation as our staff folds and kneads out these 15 pound pieces. Each piece is flipped and folded 3 times to stretch out the gluten and left to rest 30 minutes in between is allow the gluten to resettle. The end result is a dough that we cut up and deep fry every morning that expands to create a crispy texture on the outside but still chewy on the inside. One of the most popular ways to enjoy these cruller is to dip them in some hot soy milk so it soaks it all up or use it as an ingredient in your hot-pots to soak up all that broth.

• #33 Egg Crepe 蛋餅 $6.70
• The “tortilla” part is each individually hand made. The dough is hand-cut, then hand twisted in the palms of the hands to give it that chewy texture, then rolled out and one by one they are put onto a hot iron skillet and cooked.

Chef T's homemade pasties have completely won me over, especially the dinner rolls that I can't get enough of. The freshness and quality of the ingredients are unmatched, and the macarons are absolutely incredible alongside the delicious bread. If you're craving home-baked pastries, this is where to go!
