Oh my goodness, the gelato from Nancy Silverton is an absolute dream! The flavors are so fresh and creamy that you'd think you were lounging in Italy, and I'm convinced her vegan options are some sort of magic since they taste just like the real deal. I ordered the Coconut sorbetto on a whim, and let me tell you, it's pure bliss-I'm guarding it like it's a national treasure, so hands off unless you want to face my wrath!
