I selected this restaurant based on its impressive 4.5-star rating from 58 Grubhub reviews. After placing my order, the estimated delivery time was 45-55 minutes. However, as time passed and the food had not arrived after an hour, I grew concerned and attempted to contact the restaurant with no success.
