The food truck, although not flashy, served up some surprisingly delicious dishes. The wait was reasonable, and the portions were satisfying. The Philly Curbsteak lacked a bit of seasoning, but overall, the flavors were enjoyable. The Brussel Sprouts were a standout, perfectly charred and bursting with flavor. The variety of dishes we tried left us with no regrets and a strong desire to return for more.
