Today, I tried tamales for the first time and enjoyed them in my car. The shredded beef was my favorite, with its light and moist masa, and I plan to return for more, including the vegan options they offer.

I bought six vegan tamales from them at the Farmers market today and I just bit into one and almost got sick... I have been vegan for a little over four years... they gave me a meat tamale.... I'm so disgusted... I called to complain and the manager argued with me about the tamale and said she KNEW she only gave me potato tamales... she acted like I was just trying to get something from her and made me feel violated all over again...
