The vendors with coolers on wheels roll through Pico Robertson, calling out "Helado Helado Helado Helado Ice Cream Ice Cream Ice Cream" in a cheerful tone. On a hot summer day in LA, their arrival brings a refreshing treat, and I appreciate the time I have to grab some change and step outside to enjoy it.
