The American Wagyu tasting menu is a must-try, especially with the delicious appetizers like kimchi and the Manpuku salad, which highlight some Korean influences. While the Kobe cuts were slightly chewy and the service could have been more hands-on with cooking, the accommodating staff and the incredible flavor of the grilled meats, especially the garlic fried rice, made for a memorable experience.
