I love stumbling upon the India Jones food truck at events - their clever name always brings a smile to my face. The Potato Taco Chaat is my go-to order, and I have yet to be disappointed with its explosion of delicious flavors. The vegetarian-friendly options are a bonus, and I can't wait to try more of their menu in the future!
