This is for the A Tea Thing location in Westlake Village. The little shop is lovely, and the staff is very helpful and gracious. I've been looking for a good coffee place for a while and decided to give this one a try. While my son enjoyed his boba choice very much, I was a bit disappointed. I went in wanting a warm decaffeinated coffee drink and, because the menu wasn't clear, wound up with a cold, caffeinated one. Apparently, this place does not offer decaffeinated drinks. While the drink was good, I will not return to this place because of this. It might reconsider carrying decaffeinated drinks, which would bring them in more business. Many people do not enjoy caffeine. Some people may even have negative reactions to it.
