I just found out that our beloved Guatemalan restaurant is shutting its doors to make way for an Italian venture, and I'm really bummed about it. Growing up, my mom's Guatemalan cooking was the best, and after visiting Puerto Barrios, I felt like I was transported back to those flavors with their delicious Pepian and homemade tortillas. If you want to savor this authentic experience before it's too late, you better head over before April 15th!
