This morning, I attended a civil suit in courtroom 207 at the Beverly Hills Superior Courthouse, where Michael E. Whitaker served as the judge. I was impressed by his fairness and ability to listen, as he allowed both sides to present their cases before making a ruling. Although dealing with court can be daunting, the staff, particularly Anne in the clerk's office, made my experience much more manageable and pleasant.
