I was disappointed to discover that the restaurant I enjoyed for its delicious mole and Mexican dishes has closed. I'm curious if they have relocated or if there's a way to still savor their flavors. The variety of mole samples they offered, from spicy to sweet, allowed me to explore new flavors beyond what my grandma used to make. The experience felt like a connection to tradition, and I'm eager to find a similar spot to satisfy my love for mole.
