For the past year, I've been a regular at Tacos El Parador and it surprises me that I haven't seen anyone else share about this hidden gem. The authentic Mexican dishes here evoke memories of my grandmother's cooking, with traditional flavors and homemade chips used in their Chilaquiles and Chili Rellenos. Despite its unassuming appearance in a strip mall, the newly added murals inside reveal a dedication to improving their business, making it a worthwhile and satisfying culinary experience that deserves more recognition.
