Every year, I eagerly anticipate my visit to Catalina Island for the CBS Alumni camp, where hiking Fletcher's Ridge leads to the charming town of Avalon. The Lobster Trap is my go-to destination after the hike, and their clam chowder in a bread bowl has become a cherished favorite of mine. Although I'll be moving out of the country soon, I can't wait to savor that delicious dish one last time this July before my departure.
