Discovered these amazing mini burgers with caramelized onions and gorgonzola at Costco and now I'm completely hooked! Jonathan's in La Jolla had them on sale and I couldn't resist - these little guys are a serious game-changer. The flavor and texture are on par with Kobe burgers, but it's that perfect blend of onion and cheese that really sets these bites apart.
