The carne asada tortas are seriously delicious, like buttery goodness. I'm a big fan of the chicken mole plate and the barbacoa tortas too - they bring back childhood memories. Los Pablanos was recommended by a local furniture maker, and I've been hooked for a year now. The food is consistently amazing, the rolls are always fresh, and the family-run vibe adds to the experience. The outdoor dining on weekends is a nice touch, and the barbacoa de borrego special is a must-try. The veggie burrito is my go-to - it's huge, cheap, and packed with flavor. The place has a charm that keeps me coming back, even with the wonky hours and cash-only policy.
