I discovered this unique store in LA that offers a variety of traditional Korean jang, including fermented soybean paste, chili paste, and soy sauce, all made in the traditional way. The kimchi I bought was perfectly fermented, flavorful, and had a spicy kick that I loved. Despite the challenging parking situation and the not-so-safe neighborhood, the quality of the food and the friendly service make it worth the visit.
