My boyfriend and I drove to Gibsland for the Bonnie and Clyde Museum. The fried chicken was the best I've ever had-juicy and perfectly fried!

Bad business for Arcadia Louisiana. Long wait if you diabetic or elderly you will pass out waiting on food. Who is the manager you know they don't have no class. It's a wonder they work there because with that type of service no one else would hire them.

EVERY TIME I GO thus happens Closes!
Closes at 6pm!
Gives NO ONE enough time to get off work and get there to order BECAUSE there is ALWAYS a LONG line for the drive thru (can not go inside)!
THEN to be told (AFTER waiting at least 30 minutes in line) that all they have is LIVER or FISH! Ridiculous!! STAY OPEN LATER & ORDER MORE CHICKEN!
I think management needs to be reviewed or at least management work in the evenings to personally see that these issues are needing to be addressed. Please

The chicken is good! The workers are horrible. No greeting when you walk in. The place stays UNCLEAN and just unsanitized. They don't wear gloves or masks when preparing the food. They honestly don't care how long you have to wait for your food because one time recently a worker before she left made sure she got here's first and left us to wait longer because she got all the chicken that was left which is fine but honestly. They leave your food sitting out and if your inside you can see the fly just touch it. X . X As much as I love the taste of there chicken, I just don't think I could ever eat from there again.

Chick a dilly in Arcadia LA is a damm joke. You can't even call in an order because they won't answer the phone. I feel like if you don't wanna come to work and answer the phone then you need to stay at home. It doesn't make any sense and I know they are not that busy on a Tuesday

The chicken is very good! The service is HORRIBLE!!! The people that work there are extremely rude. They don't greet you, they don't smile, and they act like it is a chore to do their job!!! They don't even bother to answer the phone if they are slightly busy and if they do happen to answer, they pick it up without saying a word and lay the phone on the counter and leave it there. I know this because it happened to me. I know they put it on the counter and left it because you could hear all of the people talking. I will never eat there again. That is very bad for business and completely unprofessional!!!! I am spreading the word about steering clear of this establishment!!!
