Great experience all around

I truly love the food here but every single time I order food they get my order wrong! And I mean every single time! March 9th was the last time I went there, it was my boyfriends birthday and I was ordering his favorite dinner and the server on the phone sounded high or drunk, she kept saying sorry she had a long day so I didn't think much of it but when I went to pick up my food se brought it out to my car, it was about $52 and I gave her an $8 tip! When I got home I realized that the bbq brisket tacos were not tacos but nachos!!!!! And I ordered two of them! And they both were not right! The food was also cold which is sometimes normal for them! I'm just very disappointed because I don't have the money to spend $60 on one meal! Especially for it to be wrong! It's very disappointing because I love the food there but I can't stand the staff and service! They always give me something wrong!
