I found this cozy little cafe while traveling between New Orleans and Houston, just a short detour from the interstate. Their breakfast menu had all the classics, and I opted for the 2-egg platter with bacon and hash browns. The food was tasty and the prices were very reasonable, making it a great stop for a filling meal. I'll definitely be making a return visit whenever I'm passing through the area.
