I just went to Popeyes in Amite, La. They had a long line of cars from hey 16 to the drive thru window. We waited in line for over 30 min.When I came there the line was long and when I left the line was long.. I wasted $18 and some change on some old, cold tenders and I didn’t get my side item(which was cajun rice).
The staff was so slow, you had workers going outside to their vehicles and another staff member walked a customer outside and was hugged up with them. I understand that staff deserves a break but clearly that wasn’t the time. I usually would check my food right then but I was too disgusted after the long wait.
Once I made it home and was about to eat, I discovered the mess that they gave me. I tried calling several times but no one answered!!!
Managers and employees, can you all fix this problem?!! When customers come to your establishment and spend their money, they should get quality service/food!
We waited in line for so long AND still got old stale food plus the order wasn’t correct!!!
