I loved this restaurant. I have told everyone that I know about how great it is. I eat there 2 or 3 times a week. Tonight we decided to do take out. We are trying to eat lighter.....their fajita salad is amazing. I ordered 2, one chicken one beef. Salads arrived home and they were taco salads in shells. I called to tell them that they made a mistake and this is what I was told...."Yes, you ordered taco salads". I explained that I did not. He then insisted that "yes I did because he said I asked about the shells". I do not eat the shells...that never happened. I also explained to him that I had a witness that heard our whole conversation. He then said " he would order the correct items, but I would have to pay for them". I repeted his statement back confirming that I heard correctly "that I would have to pay for his error", he said yes.

Am I crazy? Should I have to pay for his mistake, plus drive back and pick up the correct meal??

Poor business. Tries to lie to me and will not own up to his mistake.
