The food was delicious, and the friendly staff made my experience even more enjoyable, especially during the parade. I loved the relaxed atmosphere, and the Chicago dog quickly became my favorite; I can't wait to visit again!

The hot dogs at Bruiser's are flavorful and satisfying, especially when paired with their delicious homemade chili. The atmosphere is laid-back and welcoming, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. The staff is friendly and attentive, adding to the overall enjoyable experience.

I've been on a quest....since I first tried this local Slidell gem, I've wanted to try everything on their menu. To date, I'm half-way through and loving every minute of it. The people, location, atmosphere and FOOD are all fantastic. My favorite is on the "Special Menu" - a Dirty Dell Dog which is a deep fried hot dog (go for the 12") on classic French bread, tomato, sport pepper, Chicago relish, mustard, onion, sauerkraut, celery salt and made with love. Seriously, this is just an amazing taste combo...but everything on their menu, from the Seattle Dog, their flagship; Barduca Dog and more are just creative and delish recipes from owner/Chef Kevin and his wonderful staff. Stop in, order anything...you can't miss!
