During a recent visit to a local Cuban restaurant in Louisville, my family and I were pleasantly surprised by the flavorful dishes and welcoming atmosphere. The ropa vieja was a standout for me, and the portions were generous. The live music added a fun touch to the experience, and the service was friendly and attentive. I look forward to returning to try more of their authentic Cuban cuisine.
