If you happen to come across the BBQ stand at the Marathon Station on Shelbyville Road in Middletown, do yourself a favor and try the beef brisket sandwich - it's truly a flavor explosion. The meat is so tender and smoky, it practically melts in your mouth with each bite. The sides of potato salad and baked beans are equally delicious, with a hint of that irresistible smoked flavor that sets this BBQ stand apart.
