Visited Saints yesterday for a football game and despite the crowd, enjoyed a drink at the bar while waiting for a table. Once seated, the server in our section seemed disinterested and unengaged, leaving us waiting for service. However, a request to speak with the manager led to a complete turnaround in our experience, thanks to Jamie's attentive and sincere care. The food was excellent, and the overall atmosphere at Saints is usually lively and inviting.
