this is a local business that has been feeding me for years! anytime i miss my moms home cooking or too lazy to cook for myself and nothing but a southern meal will do... TECH CAFE is the place to go! their pork chops, burgers, chicken fingers or steak... you will not leave unsatisfied! and its definitely a place were everyone knows your name. they really are committed to keeping their customers happy and full.

The customer service is atrocious!!
We will not eat there again and do not recommend it to anyone expecting a restaurant to offer customer service. We were told by the manager, Rick, to not come back when we pointed out bad customer service being practiced by their staff.
I rarely publicly criticize a business when I feel I have been treated unfairly, choosing rather to notify management in a call or private conversation. But when management would rather just say , "Don't come back if you don't like it", then I know customer service is bottom on their list!!
This is a disgusting business.
