Extremely disappointing. Never eat here. Paid $16 for a 1"x1" piece of pork shoulder, half of which was inedible fat. I was required to pay for it even if I wanted to order something else. A complete waste of time and money. I drove 5-1/2 hours to try this place after seeing it profiled on MN public TV. All I got was a blob of fat and a major attitude from the manager. Shame on them!
