Worst customer service I've ever experienced. My girlfriend and I walked in at 10:45 a.m., and were the only ones in the place besides the two women behind the counter. We ordered two cold sandwiches and sat down by the door, obviously waiting for our TO-GO order. A couple of people came in after us, and ordered complicated (apparently) hot drinks, at which time our sandwich making was dropped in order to serve them. At one point, she stopped working on them AGAIN to chat with a friend that came in. We finally asked what the hell was going on, and eventually walked out with our order at 11:10 without so much as an "I'm sorry" for the delay. Kinda sucked when we were on a 1/2 hour lunch break. You would think that after that much time to make a COLD SANDWICH, it would at least be a good one, but the sandwich sucked too. It had an entire tub of cream cheese on the bread. Worst place ever, DO NOT GO THERE
