The chips are always fresh, and the salsa keeps getting better over time (more fresh ingredients.) The tortillas are made on site. There are plenty of choices for sides (instead of just beans and rice.)
But above all, if you like pork--try the carnitas. It's slow cooked pulled pork....it's tender and tasty and wonderful.
