Tony the fprmer owner ( a misor ) who was making use of the emplyees like mexicans treated the customers according to their standerd of ordering the food or the tipping. he stole all the money from the restaurent and now he bought a motel in lake mills.

the taj lost all its glory due to him and nobody can bring that back.
